Counselling with Lee – Online Counselling Terms and Conditions

By booking an online counselling session with Counselling with Lee, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

• Each session lasts 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
   

2. Confidentiality

• Sessions are confidential in line with professional ethical guidelines.

• Exceptions include: safeguarding concerns, legal obligations, or risks of harm to self or others.
   

3. Technology Requirements

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space for sessions.

• We are not liable for any interruptions due to technical issues outside of our control.
   

4. Fees and Payment

• Payment must be made in advance of each session via bank transfer.

• Session fees are £35 per 50 minutes.
   

5. Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your counselling session.
Please review the cancellation terms below:

• Notice Period
  Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

• Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a 50% charge of the session fee will apply.

  • Missed appointments without notice will incur the full session fee.

• Booking and Scheduling

  • Sessions are booked on a weekly basis and are 50 minutes long.

  • To cancel or reschedule, contact lee@counsellingwithlee.co.uk or +44 7364 101251 as soon as possible.
     

Thank you for your understanding. This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and the smooth running of services.

6. Emergency Situations

• Online counselling is not suitable for crises or emergency support.

• In urgent situations, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services (999). You can also reach Samaritans at 116 123.
   

7. Amendments

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
