get to know me...

fun fact about me
I'm usually found with a book in
hand, wandering in the countryside, or laughing at a comedy series - unless I’m in the city, hunting down good food with friends!

I’m a qualified counsellor with a Level 5 diploma, trained in Gestalt and CBT approaches, and a registered member of the BACP, which means I follow professional standards to keep our work safe and ethical.
Before counselling, I worked in coaching and leadership roles, delivering mental health training and supporting others through personal growth. These experiences have helped shape my approach now.
Whether you're new to counselling or returning, I’ll meet you where you are—with respect, empathy, and no pressure. Just real, supportive conversations.
my qualifications and experience

My path to counselling wasn’t linear. I studied Sociology, worked in customer service and leadership, and later moved into coaching, but I always felt called to support people on a deeper level.
Counselling had a big impact on my own life, and in 2021, I retrained while working full-time, eventually joining a mental health charity where I delivered training and supported people facing complex challenges.
People often told me I was someone they could open up to and that connection led me here. Now, I’m passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered through counselling.
Why I Chose Counselling

What to Expect from Me
Counselling with me is about creating a space where you can be yourself. I may not have all the answers, but I’ll be there to help you explore, ask questions, and support you in understanding what’s going on.
Each session is tailored to you—whether you want structure or something more relaxed, we’ll work at a pace that feels right. I also welcome creativity and humour when needed, because a little lightness can make a big difference. All sessions are online or phone, offering flexibility and comfort from your own space.
My aim is to make counselling accessible and genuinely helpful, supporting you through whatever life throws your way.
